  1. Agree - that was my point. I just don’t see them doing that.
  2. Aye. I can’t see it being one of the Scottish directors personally putting cash in.
  3. Who? can only be Braisby as unless I’m missing something the other 3 are our CEO who we pay, a fans rep, and a lawyer. Who’s got cash to spare?
  4. 1. And the stats generally suggest that home matches are more winnable than away matches 2. you’re not dealing with changing dimensions or surfaces every week when you’re at home though, that’s part of the point
  5. https://www.soccerstats.com/table.asp?league=england&tid=1 English Premier league stats so far - 44% home wins, 28% away wins. While every player is different and it might not matter to a few, I absolutely believe that some players just prefer to play home matches than away matches for various reasons. Managers talk regularly about the value of playing at home. Cant just ignore all of that plus the statistical evidence. How many times have we heard about teams having to adapt to different surfaces and dimensions - classic case when Alloa tightened their pitch and I’m sure we changed our game plan to try and get a result there. Things may be changing slowly, but for at least a good bit longer, home advantage is in general still a thing.
  6. You mean Broomfield? They invaded the pitch after beating us. Aye that was some atmosphere that day 👀
  7. We should absolutely be taking them to task and going for the jugular. what will happen is that McPake will be far too cautious as is his want, and we’ll drag the arse out of a 1-1 draw.
  8. This one? 🤣
  9. I lost it with him with 5 to go before he went off. Being Billy big bollocks but not tracking back into position and giving up. If you’re knackered, get the fk off the pitch and get a sub on, take responsibility. Chalmers my MoTM. Says it all.
  10. This and that sad sack stupid wee video that everyone was ****ing over. Most frustrating thing about this is how poor we are so we can’t even gloat.
  11. The apathy is killing us.
  12. Hey, leave the main stand out of this.
  13. Doubt Meggle will be going anywhere. Hes the glue that holds the investors together. He’s the one with the vision that they invested in. No Meggle, no GmbH Fussball.
  14. Aye well, maybe they’d been expecting the CEO to do so, and the costs have not been in line with expectations. btw total speculation on my part, but it’s funny how there is now public whining from the manager and captain about needing more players for the squad, yet total fkkin silence from the CEO and the investors. Theres fukkery afoot, and I suspect either the CEO or the manager is about to go.
  15. Sorry Raymie, I know you were. I wonder if the overall payroll cost has just given the investors a fright and the message has been simple, get it sorted.
