Deutsch Par
Unsurprisingly is James McPake Extremely well deserved.
Superally
Absolutely. No argument.
Al k
Easy decision. Well done, wasn't sure about him to start with. League one or not he smashed it, smaller squad than any other managers had and turned around a squad with low morale to winners and nearly unbeaten. GG Riva
I don't think anyone can possibly argue with that. Dave Mackay probably deserves an award, too, for the significant part he's played in galloping through this division.

Seemed like a good rapport with each other, and David Cook. Amazing what a change of management can do. These guys are oozing passion and genuinely come across as guys who are beginning to love this club.
Superally
Good to see that Jim McPake has been nominated for the Scottish Football Writers Association for Manager of the year. McPake is the only lower league manager nominated - over looked Darren Young. The others nominated was Robinson and Robson. The Nomination is well deserved, however we all know that Ange at Parkhead will get it
Eastendtales
Barry Robson ffs. Who are these writers? They're a bunch of complete clowns.

Robson 12 games in and he is up for manager of the season. Its obvious why lower league coverage is absolute rubbish in Scotland as these writers are clueless and never drift out of the Premiership. Darren Young would be a good shout for a nomination too - but was over looked. But Ange will get it - biggest budget, best players etc rubbish opposition, dead certs pre-season for the league etc etc.
SanguinePar
To be fair to Robson, the turnaround at Aberdeen since he came is is phenomenal, given where Goodwin was taking them. It does still seem a little silly to nominate him for so few games. Kettlewell at Motherwell probably deserves a shout more than Robson though, albeit with even fewer games! Al k
Robson is a joke, granted he's done well. Why not include McGlynn too?, turned an established mid table League one side to runners up.

Eastendtales
I'd say Bullen deserves it before Robson. Ayr might not get promoted but finishing 2nd is a brilliant season for them.
