Tartan Army Par
Root and branch surgery required. From the owners to the board and to football management team. The whole lot need cleared out and start again. Those players were trying today. Not blaming them. The players we have on that pitch can be constructed in a way that can attack more effectively. Comrie ends up playing left wing back. The midfield to forwards have no understanding and the goalkeeper and defence have not understanding. We look so poorly coached. The football management side is just not good enough. Those players can produce much better. Yes we are underfunded and the board and ownership are letting everybody down, but today showed a lack of ability within the football management side. Time to go.
kelty_par
Home form under Mcpake is absolutely dreadful, football is boring. Can’t defend, and he gave most of this squad new deals when they should’ve been moved on. Yes he’s not been backed but he’s squandered the cash he did have on utter ****
Grant
No point asking for the owner and the board to go, if we had propesctive owners waiting in the wings they would've came forward during the post admin era. Likewise those that were around there are probably burnt out? Our best chance of "change" is a stronger footballing side of the club who can convince the German owners that the idealism doesn't match the realism. In that regard McPake and Cook are the most viable options for change. I don't think either are bad people and I don't want this to turn ugly. The language on social media though with regards to Cook is worrying.

A lot can change in a few years on perspective owners, whose out there is unknown, but I guess if they do feel they need to to leave there is risk they cut and run, pars United don't take up their first refusal to take the club back and we end up in the hands of genuine fraudulent owners and not just incompetent ones. If they do choose to stay then we don't have much choice, however we can crank up the pressure and pin them up against the wall enough times that hopefully they sort their ****ty attitude towards the club out. Some of the things I have saw are shocking. Yes make it known you are happy but don't be an absolute **** at people. It wasn't that long ago we had the ugly scenes with McArthur during the Grant tenure. The owners have made a complete arse of this and need to start taking some ownership of the situation. It's been quite clear for a while people haven't been happy, they sat in silence again and watched this coming. All the talk of the club being professional. Well now is the time, get on this now and start handling this. Take it on the chin regarding the criticism and show the fans what the plans are going forward.
Raymie
I’m sure the CFO will cut back on any unnecessary expense? Hopefully, that will free up funds to strengthen the playing side ?

Looks to me that they've decided the first team is the unnecessary expense.

Maybe having people making their feelings known to his face will force the board/him into some kind of action. They have been sitting in silence for months now blatantly watching and ignoring the unrest building amongst the support. David Cook is happy to take plaudits and engage with fans when things are going well, but its radio silence just now other than him answering some questions he wrote out himself on the clubs own channel a couple of months back. His hands may indeed be tied as he is just the puppet master for the owners, however its time to step up and earn his crust. Not one of the owners was in attendance at the weekend, the first home league game of the season against our biggest rivals...... tells you all you need to know about them as far as I am concerned. Usual service from them. "Not wanting to be stay away owners" just another false promise to add to the list.
Deutsch Par
Cook is happy to take a six figure salary from the club. He should earn it or **** off. I don't know any other business where people are rewarded so handsomely for such laziness and incompetence.
