Gmbh-statement

The inital plan was sound

Money for the training base and the normal income for the team. They have invested but they havnt ran it properly. To go on about being sustainable while running 2 consecutive 1million losses is incredible in that statement. And also fans pointing out we have only 1 goalie and asking them to make money available is somehow against their ethos. What a shambles

It was pretty obvious that they were bored with their vanity side project.  They should have put their stake up for sale at the end of last season to have given us a better start of this season.

They thought they were taking on this nice wee football club in a historic town half an hour from edinburgh. A short trip to st andrews. But its not easy to run these clubs and its not a play thing. Its brutal scottish football. They didnt understand it and wern't up for it. None of the main people Meggle, Teller or cook have ran a 3m turnover business with income thats so invariable to make matters worse.

Not disagreeing with everything they’re saying but there’s not really any self reflection in there which I always find a bit concerning. There’s not really any consideration for what they could have done better. Do they think they’ve made any mistakes? Do they think their communication has been acceptable? it pretty much reads as if they feel they’re faultless and anyone who was in any way unhappy was just an ungrateful ****.

Wonder if we're gonna sell the "training academy" to the council for pennies now? Won't be any money to continue building it and it's effectively just an astro pitch.

Aye, that’s their legacy.

Absolute midden of a consortium. Bailed out and left us in a perilous state. To say I'm angry is an understatement. I f*ckin knew they'd do something like this. I asked the club why they didn't take up the rest of their share offer back in March and the answer was what I expected.

We don't get investment then it'll be likely administration 2. The fans need to be ready to go again.

It's all worrying AF along with the initial feeling of anger and bewilderment.

Pivotal time coming up. Will another foreign investment group have a better grasp of what's needed? Can we even influence where their share goes to through Pars United?

Fckers.

"In it for the long term" was part of a dialog with one investor not long ago. Can all GTF.

This, especially the bit in bold.

The landscape of Scottish football hasn't changed drastically or become any less stable since they got involved (indeed lead by McArthur the income of spfl championship clubs is more stable as prize money is more evenly distributed)

Maybe I'm wrong but I also don't think our fan demands have been increased or become more short term than they got involved.

The stuff about players being turned from hero's to villains in the space of a few months being a surprise is utterly incredible. Have they paid any attention to football before now? Your only as good as your last game as the saying goes and fans being fickle isn't a dunfermline thing or a Scottish football thing Christ I'm not even sure it's a football or even a sport thing, just watch people turn when they're favourite band releases an album they don't like or when the latest film in a franchise is received poorly.

Despite the end of the statement saying it's not sour grapes the majority of the statement reads like it, they could have provided the crucial information in a paragraph or two, but their egos took over and it ends up reading like a 12 year old badly handling a breakup.

Overall, this needed to happen, I hope the right person/group comes in and the process doesn't drag on too long.

What happens to the loan in the meantime? I don't see anything in it that explains what would happen in this situation. I'm not too worried about it but it add a complexion.
