The Roy Barry Fan Club
A statement from seven supporter-run groups associated with Dunfermline Athletic ----------------------------------------- Pars Fans, As we all processed the surprise announcement that DAFC Fussball GmbH is looking to sell its shares in the club, we felt obliged to respond to the news and set out our views for the future. We want to thank the group for their efforts over the past four years. DAFC Fussball GmbH has played an important role in establishing the foundations of our Rosyth training base and spearheading the relaunch of our academy system. These initiatives form the foundations of the club’s future. While one chapter closes, another will unfold under new ownership. We must stand united as a fanbase, providing the vital support the players, management team, and staff require more than ever. Triumphs and setbacks mark our history, but our support of the club has never wavered. There was never a better time to back the team and rally behind the boys in black and white. Our Club. Our Future. Come on ye Pars! Superally
Good to hear something from Pars Supporters run groups albeit rightly measured. It would be good to know apart from loyal support where do Pars fans go from here and what can we do to help things along
Piracy
Yeah, I just posted it on the Pars Alive Facebook page. Very positive message and spot on. We've got to back the club and the team. That's our job. Got a full minibus going through to the game on Saturday.

That was a great day. Cold and wet but a great day out with a win. We even invented a new lager 🤣 1

Hopefully this can be achieved sooner rather than later, but experience over many years tells me that corporate deals always take longer than folk imagine. Any new purchaser must, of course, be open to scrutiny and be a good corporate citizen.
