Actually, knowing this club and the way it is pathetically run, probably.

The majority of people who sign NDAs to buy a club won't end up bidding for it.

Of those who do, it will normally take substantially more than a couple of weeks to complete a deal.

They put their stake up for sale when they took the huff which was August or maybe early September (I think).  The NDAs were mentioned nearly a month ago.  

Are we just supposed to sit on our hands while the club nose dives into League 1 because these a*******s have wasted everyone's time and systematically destroyed the first team?  When they came in we were in the Championship Play-offs, now Edinburgh City will be rubbing their hands at getting a very winnable game in the Scottish Cup against us.

While the club is in the mess it is in utter silence shouldn't be an option.

Even updates like "talks are progressing well" or "unfortunately a potential investor decided not to pursue their interest" would be fine because they are vague and non-commital not revealing anything but it still looks like the fans are being kept in the loop.

No, why would I? That doesn't mean anyone has offered to buy, far less that they've offered to buy at a price the owners will accept.

Nobody's destroyed the first team. The squad we've had available all season should see us sitting substantially higher up the table.

The lack of a back up keeper at the very start was ridiculous but that's no excuse for what McPake has dished up all season - or, more accurately, since the 2nd half at Arbroath at the end of March.

Where else in world football would a manager last a record of 1 win in last 15 league games? Actually going to games now and expecting nothing and maybe a glimmer of a goal. ****ing shocking stuff, it won’t get any better till he’s out the door

it can both be true that the approach to first team affairs is a joke as well that with the resources that are available we should be using them better.

It can, but I don't buy it this season. Every game McPake has had so far, he's had enough available to win more than 2 from 14.

I'm ignoring the Challenge Cup in that stat, but I'd argue that's largely irrelevant in comparison to the other competitions.

I don't think anyone disagrees with that. He's not doing enough.

But I also believe that we were never going to gain promotion with what was available. And that HAD to be the goal.  Sadly thru a combination of disasters(a significant proportion are mcpake's) I would happily do a few things I wouldn't be proud of to secure 8th,  including shake a 6 fingered hand.

I reckon there's enough there for top 4.

Also, momentum is obviously a big factor at our level, but I'm not convinced Falkirk have masses more talent on the player front than we do - and they're looking like challengers.

Surely by now the players must be questioning the managers tactics or thinking they are all just pish?? 
It’s either one way or the other….gettin beat in games as the team can’t compete or the management team setting them up to play utter dross football??
