Yorkiepar Posted November 16 Report Posted November 16 Can I just say that I'm so glad I'm not married to some of you? I stopped visiting Daftnet because of the negativity but this site is fast matching it for boorishness, rudeness and general "downbeatness" - if that's even a word! Quote

Al k Posted November 16 Report Posted November 16 Good news for us Rovers 2-2 and as it stands we move up a place. Some game with Ayr 3-2 now. Quote

Well I hope I'm not coming across as rude to anyone. It's very easy to while posting and not being able to come across in the manner meant. There's very little if anything to be upbeat about. The difference with daftnet is the vast majority believe their opinion as fact and theres very little discussion about that. Edited November 16 by Al k Spanglish typing Quote
Al k Posted November 16 Report Posted November 16 Needed win and a vital result. Wasn't pretty but I'd take the points. Hopefully Rovers finish 2-2 and we go to 8th. Big games keep coming and it's Ayr up next. Quote
Deutsch Par Posted November 16 Report Posted November 16 At half time it looked like Airdrie were the more likely to kick on and win then the substitution of Kane was a head scratcher however we were much better second half. Oluwayemi was a spectator for much of it, my heart was in my mouth at the Airdrie penalty claim, however I'm glad the ref saw through it,he should have booked the Airdrie player though. The ref seemed to completely lose control of the game after that. Mebude should have had at least 6 free kicks after fouls on him. It took an Airdrie player rugby tackling him for the ref to actually give it. Quote

It's because the fans wanted Kane kept on and McCann replaced, if a sub was being made. When they saw it was Kane there were huge boos. And then McCann scored :-) Don't agree at all that we're absolutely shocking. We were easily the better team and once we were ahead we rode the game out comfortably other than that penalty shout (no idea if it should have been given). 2 Quote

Only 3 behind them and we have a better GD. We could be 6th next time we play! EDIT - actually no we can't because it's Hamilton against Rovers next time, so at least one of them will get points. Still though. Quote

I thought they were booing the fact Kane came off. Edited November 16 by Al k 1 Quote
