Normally I'd ignore how the manager is in any interview but fck me, we need some inspiration. The whole club needs a lift and nobody is taking any responsibility for improving things.

He wouldn't be the first person to be awkward on camera, but fine in front of people face to face. You can't assume one thing from the other.

I feel like people are just looking for reasons to criticise him, tbh.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not at all impressed with our performances this season or last, and if there was a change I wouldn't be distraught (depending on who the new manager was, of course), but right now he is the boss, and that's not likely to change before the club is sold. 

Endlessly having a go at him serves no positive purpose IMO, and is only going to transfer to people working themselves up into a state and taking it out on the team, giving them ever more reason to be downbeat and nervous on the pitch.
