I really think Mr Cook has to step up and address the club tbh. Reading Buffys statements and all management/players were good but Cook has a side to him that he knows different as he’s talking to the Germans etc..I don’t think next season is going to be as easy as a lot of fans think due to our finances…fair enough we have a grant for the academy pitch but all the changing rooms etc have to be fitted.. I think the 7 year plan has us mid championship the coming season with hardly any signings the take the desperate loans🤷🤷 honestly I hope not but it’s looking that way imo🤷

If we can get 5th I would say it’s a decent season. The injuries to players took out 7/8 1st team players BUT I was disappointed how the board reacted getting players in to help the team/manager. But after 1m loss I can see there’s not to much £££ to spend. I fear there will not be to much £££ to spend next season and end up mid table again….

Ok I agree but with wearing this kit it doesn’t make a player great seeing then cover all the pitch for most of the game… that’s where a player knows when to press or sit a bit waiting on the opposition making a mistake or in this league hoofing the ball up top. I really think fans will be disappointed as we have players on contracts for another year and that’s what we will end up with… add the academy still getting built costing £££££. Remember the boards plan? So imo mid Championship again next season.

As said before an intelligent player can read the game and his opponents round him to press the ball and get a result. But there are not many players in the Championship do this and just run at the opponent with the ball then sprint back to get the ball.. As for my lazy players statement I will take that back BUT then I would say there are certain players that are League 1/lower Championship level in our team then? MOH is capable of a lot more on the pitch but doesn’t work hard enough…. Could be a formation problem🤷 Is the manager playing the right formation? Is he getting the best out of the team?

The squad we have will never compete in top 4 championship level…could be down to the brutal way the team is set up week in/out🤷 A rangers mate actually laughed at the MOH signing saying he’s a lazy barsteward who will be a benchwarmer… then we have Wighton and Chalmers!

I think it’s going to be an interesting pre season.

Sorry when I got trained as bar staff at 18 I was in the bar and learnt the job.. it wasn’t that hard tbh but I presume it’s harder nowadays?

If you require over 18 year old staff then I’m sure the staff working can text their pals and they could come in to help….. BUT if you’re paying for 4/5 hours work then that’s what should be paid??

So Charlie D’s has been going most of the season and last game so no staff etc…. Well done Mr Cook…he could have made this happen easily getting extra staff in but we all know he doesn’t want this🤷

I see that but if staff that work are getting told to go home then wages are reduced then wtf is going on? They work 45 mins then get paid 30 mins as they have not worked 1 hour…really are the club still in this situation treating staff like ****? plus it’s the last home game which will probably bring in more fans…. 🤷🤷🤷

If the club are sending staff home 5mins before finishing then docking 30mins pay then no wonder they have staff issues… Who controls this?

Well done to the team for winning the cup… the Sutherland brothers i hope will be pushing to get in the 1st team next season. A GK on our bench is a 15 years old Thomas Margets and imo could go to the top…so hopefully the club can keep him.

We signed Chris Kane on loan as we had no strikers… plus needed defenders. If this is a 10 year plan as said then I really can’t see us signing players to compete in the top 4 of the championship? I presume all players that have 1 year on their contracts will stay and as a club sustain mid championship level? On a plus side the Academy training ground should be finished and all teams will be there.

If Mr Cook is involved in transfer dealings then it’s going to be like this season as he doesn’t negotiate so I have heard? 7/8 players have to go and bring in Championship players. I would also like to see Sutherland getting a chance up top. Just with this 10 year plan pish, I can honestly see the club/owners making sure we finish mid table in the championship for a few seasons to get the academy up to standard etc….. I’m just going to wait to get 3 x season tickets now to see what happens over the summer as if it’s the same team again then then I’ll do something else on a Saturday…

I’m just glad this season is nearly over tbh as it’s been dire with the injury problems the team has had. Need to get rid of 6/7 players but a lot of them still have a year to go on their contracts. Chalmers to start with then MOH etc Late signings will not help the team so hopefully get players out/in so McPake has a team that has done a pre season together. Is it Mr Cook who deals with transfers? Can we not get a few German players that are out of favour? Meggle surely has contacts.
