More turgid ****, there’s something going on with this club that’s not right. A ****ehouse team like that should not be walking away with a point from east end. No drive or will to win, really poor the last few weeks

It is frustrating for the club.
It is a ****er that it's always Charlie D's that gets hit, but it's probably the least profitable part of hospitality on match days, so you can understand their decision making.
Perhaps if they treated their staff a bit better (sending them home 5 mins before finishing time and docking them back half an hour etc) there wouldn’t be a staffing issue. Genuinely wouldn’t mind spending an extra ten bob a pint if it went on increasing from minimum wage. Last week it was quiet but generally it’s busy enough with thirsty chaps and should be turning a profit. At times the club needs to read the room as for me watching the pars isn’t about the attractive free flowing football, it’s a thing, it’s the day, it’s the folk that makes the club special.

Hopefully all is well as those lads make for a good atmosphere

I don't dislike McCann but if I were Sutherland I'd be wondering what I needed to do to get a crack at it. What's the worst that could happen? He didn't score, so net 0 worst case?

Very harsh, if Lewis McCann had been out there tonight against that standard of opposition he would've looked class.
The amount of abuse that McCann receives is well over the top.
All about opinion and I completely disagree with you. Seen him a few times and Sutherland is a more balanced all round player, looks composed, has better positional sense, holds the ball well, links in other players and can finish. That is not abuse aimed at McCann, more an observation directed at the manager.
-
Observations from tonight were
-How good the close control and intricate interplay was.
-Team looked like they understood their roles, what they were doing and looked liked they had actually trained together.
-How quickly the ball was moved about and with a variety of moves.
-Looks like we have absolute diamonds in John Tod and Ewan McLeod.
-How fIt the lads were (Taylor Sutherland was literally sprinting to close defenders down in the dying minutes)
-The work rate when not in possession was phenomenal and the high press made Livingston look like a rattled pub team for long periods.
-Lastly it’s concerning how our manager can look at Lewis McCann and think he is anywhere near to being the player that Taylor Sutherland is.
absolutely deserved victory tonight and well chuffed for the lads👍

Really good performance from the lads in the first half, by far the better team in the first half. The Todd and Sutherland brothers looking really good with ball at feet and the movement and shape is far better than the first team on Saturday. If this is what’s coming through the future is not so gloomy

Unfortunately not bud

Absolute apathy from me at the moment, if the weather is ok might go fishing on Saturday instead of enduring that again. Highlight of the match was watching Sneds having a quality rant about something.
Few stories doing the rounds about personnel leaving in the summer and changes afoot, if correct I'd have serious questions about the owners,

We are meh

3-1 I say, Thomas starting though, need hammy to deliver the good news to him early doors
-
Feels a bit meh but it’s still the pars, a few weeks from now I’ll be missing the Saturdays at East End.

Also, a point of order, Mr Speaker... Ivan the Terrible is on "Get Right Intae Him" not "Solo Concert" - @DougieDave has therefore gravely misled this House and I call on him to correct his remarks.
In view of the foregoing Mr Dave has been officially stripped of his title "internet winner 18th April 2024"
Really big shake o the heid DD

Spot On Stanza - I heard the word for the first time many moons ago from Billy Connolly on his first hit album “Solo Concert” - I think it was used in the “Ivan the Terrible” story where a wee six stone welder decides to have a go with Ivan the Terrible - the monster wrestler from abroad who was performing at the local Fairground ……. Needless to say - Shug the six stone welder gets the better of the big man by biting his willy 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for that fella, made my morning. I haven't heard that for over 40 years, my mum had the album and I remember retelling the story at the school after I heard it because it was rude. Had absolutely no humour content when relayed in a West Fife accent. Was the coat story on the same album?
