Everyone's disappointed with how the season is unfolding. Have to say i agree tho. It just doesn't seem to bother me as it used to. A ****e result used to ruin my weekend. I couldn't even face MOTD on a Saturday night. Now it's put to bed almost straight away. Maybe cos I'm 52 and almost grown up......!

    Roll on Saturday.

I genuinely left last week at 3-0 feeling indifferent. I was ****ed off but looking forward to going out for a meal. Makes me wonder are we now conditioned to indifference and just accept crap? Don’t get me wrong the performance was disgusting but it just didn’t hurt me like I think it should have.

  2. That was ****e from start to 3-0 when I left. First time I’ve left early in 25 years. As I said pre game if we showed the cohesion of last week we would have been fine but hey ho, freedom of the town to Morton. So many empty shirts out there and zero heart in that team. Get the lot in the ****ing sea

To be fair, it could be counted on one hand the number of times that has been the case this season. Team performances haven’t been the issue, it’s daft individual errors defensively and not taking chances that’s cost us. If we’d reduced these even by half, we’d be in a far more comfortable position. The general performances of the team, overall, haven’t been as bad as some would have you believe.

Been at a few where performance has been substandard (that's why I used QP as an example), Ayr and Partick at home spring to mind also. On Saturday the lads looked up for it and well enough organised (in those games mentioned it looked like they had just met in the pub beforehand. All I would ask is for the same endeavor and unity on Saturday as they showed last weekend.

  4. I get that but the converse is that whilst Ashcroft is unlikely to win the ballon d'or he's better than what we have available at the moment (and provides proper centre half cover, not Hammy). We are sitting to close too the bottom for my liking, and last season's success was built on a solid defense, not scoring a ****-ton of goals. Don't think he would command superstar wages either but hey ho, happy to watch Raith build a championship contending squad.
