On the balance of play a draw probably would have been a fairer result imo. I thought that Otoo was great up until he gave the ball away in the lead up to their goal. Although why was he there and where were Fisher and Comrie?
I thought that we were a lot poorer in the second half. We had a lot of the ball but did absolutely nothing with it. The Rovers keeper looked dodgy as hell in the first half but could have had the cigars out second half as we never tested him. It was also the first time that I had seen O'Halloran properly and I thought he was absolutely dreadful, particularly when he was 2 yards out and couldn't get the ball out from under his feet. Must be the first time I have ever thought "that is absolutely the correct substitution" when he got hooked.

Norwich have recalled Jon McCracken from Dundee. Will this have any impact on us, or is the deal bound by transfer windows?

Probably get the same tie in the Scottish Cup as well...

Draw for the 3rd round is made today at 1pm UK time. Pars are number 15.
For the sake of Pars fans I hope we get Coleraine, Cliftonville, Bala Town or The New Saints away. Failing that East Kilbride away.

Last kick of the ball by the looks of it too 🤦♂️
It was, pretty much. Ref gave us nothing and his performance made me suspect that he had draw on his coupon.

Where the **** did 5 minutes injury time come from?

When did Jackie stop working for the Pars, was it when he had his health scare? I don't remember hearing about him much after that, when he was recovering. I think I vaguely thought he was still involved in some way, but I guess not.
I think I read somewhere that he was consulted on the appointment of Peter Grant and advised against it (obviously no idea if true or not).
Didn't see or hear of any involvement from him since then.

Is that an original 95/95? Or the replica that came out a few years back? Looks legit and I'd be tempted if I didn't already have one! :-)
Replica. No Matchwinner logo.

Based on what? We have been assigned an upper tier and being charged the same as home fans in upper tiers.
Probably ****ing in the wind but the phrase "broadly comparable" is ambiguous at best and we could use that to our advantage as the stands for home supporters that are a cheaper price arguably have better facilities than the stand that we have been given.
Even if it doesn't result in any positive action for this game I would still like to see our board kick up a stink so that United are aware that they can't get away with this ****e and I would hope that the boards of other clubs also make dissenting noises.

I’m sure it’s only you charge the same for ‘equivalent’ areas. Hearts for example were often criticised that home fans could buy cheaper tickets but they got away with it purely by only offering the more expensive seats first before they released the cheap seats for away fans.
Went and downloaded the SPFL rules because this had been nagging at me
The definition used is "broadly comparable".
Rule I31
Except as provided in Rule I32, a Club which is the Home Club for a League Match or
a Play-Off Match is prohibited from charging higher admission prices to
accommodation designated for supporters of the Visiting Club than for broadly
comparable accommodation designated for use by supporters of the Home Club at
the same match.I think that we may have grounds for complaint.

Yeah, I couldn't remember if that was still the rule or not (plus they might not be adhering to it!)
Also, I assume DAFC aren't doing anything like this? I think we used to charge more for Celtic/Rangers games (possibly Hearts and Hibs too?) but that was for all fans I think.
Correct. We used to have a 3 tier pricing structure
A Celtic and Rangers
B Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen
C Everyone else

For roughly the same price a week later you could buy the second most expensive ticket (along the side of the pitch) at Wolfsburg v Heidenheim for one of the opening matches of this season's Bundesliga.
Is the Scottish Championship >= than the Bundesliga?
Of course it it's ****ing not!
(It has been said that the 2.Bundesliga has been better than the Bundesliga for the past couple of years but that's a different topic.)

Just checked, Home end adult walk up £25, still outrageous
Also against SPFL rules to charge away fans more than the cheapest home fan ticket. We got done for this years ago when the SPL still existed and we charged Rangers and Hibs fans (might have been more teams but those are the only two I remember) more than home fans. Rangers complained and we got fined.

James McPake has said to the Dunfermline Press that he has no idea where the Wotherspoon rumour came from and he didn't know that he was at our match and neither did Dave Mackay.

At least they're not Fc Köln. They bring out minimum 4 each year. Infact I think a couple seasons back there were 7 different tops, all available to buy. All pricy AF.
I find that's the one of the only downfalls of German football. All kits are a good bit more expensive than in the UK. Generally around €85 or so.

Too early to make any judgements about any teams imo

Yeah, two match ban.

Other than the fixtures showing last fixture first which is annoying I am not seeing what the issues are.
Twitter and other social media links are at the bottom of the page.
I am on the site on my mobile I would add. Maybe it looks ****e on the desktop site.

Although, if you're paying for Alloa TV, just hope none of the lineos or the ref are bald or you'll miss half the game...
And if you're not paying for it then you have no right to complain if the quality is shoddy...😉
