  1. I take that back as a win for Ayr takes them above us and we lose money. Hang in Pars.
  2. As we all know a draw is He Haw use. Might as well get beat trying to win now.
  3. I would suggest that most home games were about lack of ambition.
  4. Looks like Big Dunc's views were on the money.
  5. This is awful and despite the missed chances an awful display and an insult to all those fans who turn up to get this pish most home games.
  6. I always try to be positive and avoid negativity but I have to ask if this team deserve the great fans and support it gets. Finger out and score some goals FFS.
  7. The BBC had not managed to update the table before Airdrie scored.
  8. Bad attitude. Remember we were 3 down at Airdrie and got a 4 to 3 win.
  9. Me too. Getting the early first goal was a great start and then 3 up at half time. Still time to get a couple more though.
  10. Dunfermline are now playing with a full deck so much is expected. It would be good to improve the goal difference today but we really need to score first and early. Arbroath are fighting for their lives and do have great spirit for a part time team so are likely to put in a good shift. Like most I will be very happy with a win of any kind. COYP.
  11. Indeed. Let us get to safety in a decent run of form and win as many games as we can.
  12. It looked like the game required a different approach and it worked well. COYP.
  13. I am fairly sure that was in the very front of his mind and the same for all the team.
  14. Good positive thinking. We really should not be worried about others and play to our strengths. Let them worry about us.
  15. Good, the man is a thug but we could have used someone like him in December.
  16. After doing a great deal of hard work for the Rovers they are not doing the job today. Disappointing really.
  17. While it bodes well when other result go our way if the Pars play like they have shown they can and start a winning run then what others do is not important
  18. That was great to watch on TV but I do wish I was there. It has all been said by others and a very good performance. It speaks volumes when the fans are fighting over who was MOM.
  19. What another crap Saturday. The Pars dominate a game yet again but do not score. Scotland get beat at rugby when they were on top again. Who did I upset in an early life to deserve all this? Did I murder somebody in a previous life. Dunfermline supporters deserve much better from our football team than we are getting just now. Where is the fight, the spirit and FFS where are the goals.
  20. Not scoring goals from chances and bad home results have been the downside this season. Injuries and some woeful performances have not helped. There are 6 and possibly 8 teams that are in a similar position in the league. It just takes a decent run in to get into the play offs for any of them except Arbroath. Similarly they could all be in the wrong play offs. There is some decent talent in the Pars squad and they can play decent stuff. If they keep the head then we should get a result today. Hopefully no one will be sent off today. COYP.
  21. He has been outstanding all season and just gets on with the job regardless of where he has to play. A player I really like.
  22. A well deserved result from the stats. I really wish I could be there. We have a great city and a great support in Dunfermline. We have a team with a great history. We are punching below our weight and our level of potential support is huge. It will only be tapped with performances on the park.
  23. What a very tight league this is. I think we need 12 teams in the Championship. At this stage we have 6 and maybe 7 teams that are in the relegation zone. All these teams must be nervous and looking over their shoulders. The relegation battle is far more exciting than the promotion one which has gone right off the boil. My view is that the quality of football is reduced.
