They do actually, finished second in the Development League East, a point behind Stirling Albion.

There is a chance that we might drop down to the Development League East due to our poor performance at that level this season.  Finishing bottom of the league 10 points adrift and knocked out of Cup at first stage we played at.

Would this just be an arbitrary decision from the SPFL or is there set relegation?

Looking at the East league Raith should have won it, Unbeaten away from home and just a few draws too many at home.
