Parsdaft Posted August 15, 2015 Report Share Posted August 15, 2015 Can remember being taken to an Airdrie away game when I was 5 or 6 but not much more about my early Pars days until when 15 me and my mate started getting the bus from Cadham to home games. Got chased onto the pitch one Dundee game which was not pleasant at the time. Started going home and away regularly in 1987 initially driving until I started using the supporters bus from Leslie and continued to use it as it moved pubs along Leslie High street The Burns, then the Oak and finally the Prinlaws before ceasing to run. Now leave from The Barefoot Tavern in Kinglassie with another 2 regulars from the bus of years ago. Working offshore I only manage when home but Saturdays are what I look forward too home or away, rain or shine, push or brilliant I will be supporting the Pars.
