Paradox Posted January 15, 2016 Report Share Posted January 15, 2016 Today is the closing date for the consultation on the Scottish Green Party's Community Empowerment Bill.This is obviously something which will be somewhat familiar to Pars fans, but how do you feel about fan ownership in general?Are you an advocate of fan ownership, such as is now the norm in countries such as Germany and Sweden, or is your preference more for a 'right to govern'?
