Vinnie
Fans are their own worst enemy. Because football is so emotive you follow your team regardless. Even though you know youre being fleeced, you still feel that £75 for the kit and £3.50 for a cup of tea, or £15 for the club-badged mug is worthwhile to contribute to the coffers for the new star striker who will fire your team to excellence. There needs to be a breaking point. Think we are just about there?

Vinnie
Its all wrong, but its like anything else. To see a big event costs extra these days. The thing is, you'll still get enough fools who'll pay the money, and despite the dip in sales, the revenue will likely still be upwards of their average.
