Terrific performance today. Knocked it about really well, pressed all over the pitch in the first half and then defended superbly at times in the second with some brilliant blocks from Fisher, Hamilton and Otoo. the 5 guys missing won’t be able to get a game at this rate

Not sure about McCann. I did notice last two games that he took a few sore one and half expected him to come off? perhaps they have just caught up with him and the manager thought it wise to give him a rest ?

We played very well. Not remotely back to the walls stuff. More than matched them for large spells of the game. Wighton’s header a carbon copy of Otoo’s last week. Would have taken a point before hand but gutted to lose it right at the end. It shows how far we have come

That team spirit and togetherness will take us a long way this season btw. Airdrie has 9 on the bench by many of those were youngsters

I still think his best position is through the middle. His running power and physicality will unsettle centre backs. I’d play Wighton and Todd just behind to feed off the scraps. Leave the wide areas free for Comrie and Edwards to get up and put balls in
