There was a fair bit of chatter about Ashcroft signing on a loan deal today - which I think would be brilliant move if he came back to EEB. However I'm thinking we would have seen the signing gif by now. Bummer
Has he posted on EEB before ?

Good signing at this level I think. Would think this will allow Sutherland to maybe head back out on loan to get first team football

Can someone now please explain the Chalmers Allan combo?
I'll explain.....they are both ****e and shouldn't be playing for this club at this level. They can do a job next season in league 1
-
Relying on ****e like Paul Allan and Lewis McCann it's no wonder we are in the ****e. Dross the lot of them

HT 0-0. Much, much better. Not great but at least we are competing and putting a foot in. Lacked confidence at the start but are growing into it. COYP
Lot of ****e btw. We were brutal and offered **** all first half.

McPake can just **** off

I remember the Celtic 8-1 scudding well @Eastendtales. I was more angry that Lennon scored!
Sure Andy Tod scored a equaliser in that game. Went down hill rapidly after that

I'm glad I missed last week's game.
Means I'm sort of looking forward to heading along to the game. In saying that I might just watch it on Pars TV (muted) in the pub if it's ****ing down.

Good to hear, not sure how good that level is to be honest. A player we needed hopefully continues the trend with decent young players.
I'm sure national league north / south are the levels below the teams that are/were in the challenge cup

Glad to get someone in. hopefully he does well.
Could do with a few more aswell

Pretty much a must win imo. Need to build on the decent performance and result on Saturday.
Hopefully have few new players in before the game

Great point away from home considering our circumstances. Could have nicked a win and Wighton should have finished that but hey ho and hope the team build on this for next week.
Think your being a bit harsh on Wighton saying he should have finished it, he got into a good area but it's a tight angle to score from and he had the goalie and defender between him and goal from the cut back. He hit the ball to the only area he could and was unlucky it caught the wrong side of the post

Walcot was good no panic just did his job .. great point today and no injuries that I can see .. Summers was a bit of the pace today .. hopefully just a bad game and he will bounce back next week .. Wighton looked like he has recovered from his injury .. COYP
Don't really think it was Summer's type of game, he's much better when we have more of the ball. Similar with Chalmers, neither really suit the sitting in and hitting on the break.
Thought Hamilton was really good and protected the back four really well (first game I can think of him playing in that role and not getting booked).
Walcot also done well, showed good composure at times but also knew when to just do the basics and clear the ball up the park. Fisher and Otoo also done well.

Good result.
Good save by Mehmet and clearance by Edwards near the end but other than that defended comfortably.
Poor choices when breaking forward meant we created very little. Wighton hitting the post from close range only proper effort 2nd half.

Decent half. Defended well and had the only real shot on goal of the game just before half time with Fisher hitting a low drive forcing good save from utd's keeper. Couple of times on the break we have made poor passes/choices.
Could do with keeping the ball a bit better when we do get it in general play.

good to see Hamilton back in midfield though
