At least they managed to score against QP with their cobbled together squad of Championship “rejects”. That is more than the useless underachievers taking a wage at EEP could do.

We now have to beat 2 teams who haven't been good enough to win League . We get 2 games against each with the 2nd game at home. Why should we be fearful? I'm not saying we should be arrogant or complacent - we'll have to scrap for every ball, but we can beat both Queens Park and the winners of the other semi. To go into these games fearing the worst is likely to bring about exactly that. I sincerely hope the players Hughes sends out have a more positive mindset than some of you....
Those teams may not have been good enough to win the league, but their confidence will be riding high. Certainly higher than a team that has been rattling around relegation most of the season.
I am sure Hughes will set out with a positive mindset, as he has since he started. A positive mindset means sod all if the competence is lacking on the pitch.
This is not Private Frazer stuff, this is the cold hard reality.
It will rank as a minor miracle if the Pars stay up. One that will have other teams cursing their rotten luck, as I am sure it will be down to luck if the miracle does happen.

The 12th man (particularly the young team) is the player of the season for me. Consistent performer in a terrible season. Turning up and doing the business for every game.

Let’s hope that McInnes is still concomitant to presiding over teams that bottle it in big games.
Campbell has been here before. The circumstances of Friday’s game are remarkably similar to Tannadice 1996 - albeit with longer odds.

Any person still attending Starks Park now is not only supporting the team.
Let us not forget McGlynn’s role in this.

Finally he starts Thomas - in the one game I decide I simply can't be ars*d catching a train for. Ah well.
Congratulations on saving a train fare.

The season summed up. FFS.

Let’s hope that this will become appropriate walking out on to the pitch music for them in a few months time.

Genuinely not. If a game is on with McCoist I'll generally leave the sound on for as long as I can stand it, and then mute it or just turn it off. Fingers down a blackboard stuff.
It seems to go a bit deeper than his punditry in this case - maybe harking back to the days of McCoist (Pen), 89.
I like him as a pundit these days.
What pundits do you prefer?

It would be less destructive than Nicholar's idea for NATO to enforce a no fly zone over Ukraine, but still folk would vote for her if she started world war 3 by shooting down Russian planes.
She actually said that it should not be ruled out. Do you think it should be - in all circumstances (even after the use of chemical or nuclear weapons)?
it is not really her idea is it? It is what Ukrainians are asking for. There are politicians going further than her and positively advocating a no fly zone.

Three suspends sponsorship and asks for name to be removed for the shirt.
If the boot sponsors get in quick, Chelsea may end up playing tonight in their pants, vests and stocking soles.

Just came on here to say that. There is obviously no swear box at Real Kashmir FC.
**** o’ a man for the ****ing swearing.

Hes from Inverkeithing and I believe he is a pars fan. He would choose them over us because of players they have brought through like Bowie and Tait and sold them on to bigger clubs. We haven't got a good record of developing our own players and selling them on.
That makes sense.

You did yourself a favour. Was it not in Dundee?

Civil case details.
It was interesting to read the taxi driver's statements as they have been selectively quoted elsewhere (guess?) to give a different slant.

As for David Roberson again forgive me for using the Wikipedia link on a Daily Record page I was perusing through. I will ensure all links in future that are clicked from on media pages are double checked. I shall sit that section to ensure no ambiguity!
If I was David Robertson (manager in Kashmir), I would be contacting my lawyers over that. Pretty shoddy from the Record.

However this was 11 years ago David Robertson is a football manager in Kashmir, David Goodwillie was getting on fine until he upset Val McDermott by moving to Raith Rovers.
The reality is however that Raith Rovers have basically repaid the £50,000 damages he was forced to pay Denise Clair, he will now likely leave the UK and continue in some football position abroad as he is free of any criminal conviction.
Two paragraphs, two falsehoods - as corrected above.
Who is Val McDermott?
Perhaps you mean Val McDermid? -

Just rinse and repeat, I had a hope the Germans would improve us in that regard but it's still the exact same.
It just occurred to me that the German reputation for efficiency and footballing success applies to only the West of the country.
I am beginning to fear the owners may in fact be East Germans.

With only two coastal towns present, perhaps it is time to ditch the moniker Seaside League.
Not sure about favourites. What is the situation with Kelty? Will they be stepping up the investment?
