Again another initiative that should be fully applauded. Well done to all involved.

Great initiative and we have to applaud the work carried out by the DADSC, and the support provided by the fans and the club.

I think this young fella is becoming a player that will remain long in Pars fans memories regardless where his career eventually takes him. His character is one of his biggest strengths.
Chuffed for him that he's being recognised.

Fingers crossed Clarke doesn't get interviewed.

We were just so much better against the Dutch, even though we were skelped. This is poor, friendly or not.

Poor defensive work by Paterson and now Robertson coming off.

Could be an embarrassing night for Scotland.

Good lad. I hope does a good job.

Stevie Clarke really is a miserable fud, in fact I'd say he's really ignorant at times.
The TA also booing another national anthem is embarrassing.
Find another level of class ffs.

I was up there in December and it really was a turgid affair. However, much more optimistic now that} we're really beginning to show what we're actually capable of doing as a team.
Last week's game really did exhibit a level of resilience not seen since last season. We stood up to the bullying and kept our shape.
I think we'll win this game by a single goal, either a 2-1 or 1-0 away win for the Pars.

Just for the record, I'm not criticising Morton & how they've attained money to budget with.
What I'm trying (& obviously failing) to say is that I'm not sure a report of this type that shows a small profit but lists "other" incomes to top it up won't have pacified some of us on here & other forums.
I'll leave it at that.
Time will tell.

McPake, he da man!!

Would a list like this suffice & allay fears?
Given a lot of fans have sought that level of detail I'd say maybe, or probably. But, see at the end of the day, most fans won't or don't give a hoot about accounts, cash flow, cash reserves etc, it's about results and signings etc. I can fully understand that.
Ultimately we're all judged on results.

I hate us playing Morton through at Cappielow. Always seem to struggle there and we're looking at a windy forecast, so I'm not looking forward to heading through to the game. What I will say is, we really need to win this if we've to really benefit from last week's result and see us build momentum toward the end of the season.

Raith Rovers, what a gang eh?

Might be something that. 🤔

It's value for money and if it brings in revenue all fair and well. Is it an indicator of cash flow issues, maybe, maybe not.

I asked last Thursday why the club hadn't supplied profit & loss detail in the accounts. David Cook said the club never has. I said Im sure they had previously, I was told no, that was wrong.
I took David Cook at his word, and in my summary of the meeting I said I stood corrected.
But I had read up on stuff before the meeting and was aware there's no legal obligation to publish P&L detail.
As I have also said previously, that's the clubs perogative.

Maybe a question for the next supporters meeting. Do we make a profit of the BBC Scotland games? If not then, can we get out of it?
You can email SLO Drew Main and ask the question.

When we did get a P&L in the accounts, it didn't say much either. Let's say 22/23 went something like this (using similar levels of detail seen in the 2020/21 accounts).
Turnover: £1.7m
Cost of Sales: (£2m)
Gross Loss: £0.3m
Administrative Expenses: £1m
Other Operating Income £0.3m
Net Loss: £1m
Is that likely to have any positive effect?
According to David Cook none of our previous accounts gave profit & loss detail.

No room for complacency now, no room for any slackers, we can't be intimidated now, its got to be full on from now on in. I believe McPake and the players can do themselves justice by producing a nail biting run in by winning games. They do that they'll take the fans with them.
Anyway, Pars to produce a 3-2 away from home win.

Let's hope not, but I reckon it'll be a possibility.
