Iain Duncan Smith is, without doubt, somebody who makes me want to boot my telly every time he comes on it.Said it before and I'll say it again but if we can "afford" to spunk billions on money abroad - even sending aid to countries with their own space programs ffs - then we can certainly afford to look after our own, and especially our most vulnerable. A government's primary responsibility should always be to its own people.
