GG Riva
I was unable to watch the BBC documentary when it was on, but I had the presence of mind to record it and finally got round to watching it today. It's the most harrowing thing I've ever watched, even more than 'Schindler's List' which although based on a true story, is still a film, whereas this is completely factual. Professor Scraton was magnificent in helping to get to the real truth. Duckenfield was aided and abetted by a number of other senior cops. They should go to jail for the unnecessary suffering they caused to friends and relatives of the 96.And to think the tragedy could so easily have been avoided. Piracy
That is the real tragedy given it should not have happened.Terrible stuff
Vinnie
Duckinfield on holiday in the States. BBC caught up with him. Had a smug b-astard grin on his face as though he had no cares in the world. PC nearly took a kick in when I watched this.
