GG Riva Posted March 2, 2016 Report Share Posted March 2, 2016 I woke up at dark o'clock again this morning and ended up watching a ''HARDtalk'' interview with this young Yazidi woman describing the horrific ordeal she and thousands of women like her have had to endure at the hands of IS extremists, who regard them as ''spoils of war'' and abuse them in every way imaginable and then some. It is not confined to our era either. I have been reading a bit about the Spanish Civil war recently and the atrocities committed by all sides in that conflict also defy belief.
