We have 3 experienced strikers who at this level should and will score a load of goals, even young Lewis McCann should get in on the act. We will win this league by a few points is my prediction.

I think that they want to get at least a couple of signings in the door first so as to boost the chances of selling more season tickets. So many people said that they were not renewing their season tickets after last season's farce.

My biggest surprise and annoyance is that our new manager continues to play with one upfront when we are trying to win games. We do not have midfielders who are good enough or capable enough to support a lone striker. Unfortunately, the young striker(McCann) is our least experienced and has only scored 4 competitive goals for the club in as many years. I watch as our midfielders play the ball across the park and back all the time because there is no one to pass the ball forward to due to the lone striker being marked by 2 or 3 defenders. I believe that if we were to play Todorov and Wighton, not O'Hara(a waste of space) then we would do much better.

Yes. Time to get my rod and tackle out, better than watching the dross that we are serving up right now.

Apart from Pars games, I watch no Scottish football because it is so poor. The English premiership is second to none, most games are attacking football and how it should be played. I am lucky to have both Sky and BT to watch it on.

If he manages like he played he will give this lot a kick up the erse to get them playing.

I think that watching the highlights the game looked very one-sided and I am sure that it looked that way live also. We did well to hang on in the end.

Just a wee heads up. I use Bitdefender total security on my desktop and every time that I come onto this forum I get suspicious activity warnings constantly. On the last occasion that I visited I received 22 warnings. I honestly believe that it is caused by all you dodgy people that post on here.

It won't happen but if no fans turned up at the next home game then they will get the message. It is the only way to show them that the fans matter.

Connolly had a bit of a fight about him, more than can be said for some.

Last weekend I watched the Chelsea v Man City game at 12.30 and followed it up by watching Pars v Hamilton. I am convinced that Pars Tv was running the game in slow motion or that is how it looked to me. The level of football in Scotland is woeful in comparison to the best league in the world but that is no surprise. Professional players who at times are unable to make simple passes and football that is always played across the park and back. I blame my parents for not bringing me up in say Manchester, Liverpool, London, etc.
