I'd feel a lot more relaxed if there was any indication that our injury worries were improving. It appears they're getting worse. That's why folk are venting online etc. I admit I'd be far more worried if we turned in a performance like Friday night with a full squad, this squad when fit has competed really well in the vast majority of our games.

I know, I was just being a dick. Apologies. It's just a really frustrating period for the club just now. 21/22 was grim and there was so much re-built during 22/23 - we really did look like a club again. It feels a million miles away just now.

It could be argued that we don't need to build a club. We already are a decent sized club with support base to boot.

I get that but do you honestly think there's absolutely no chance our form might improve even slightly between now and May? Even as soon as next week, do we have zero chance against Airdrie at home? None?

You only have to look at Morton to see how a teams fortunes can be transformed in a couple of months. We'd be as well jacking it in with an attitude like that

Aye, I never have and never will be ashamed or embarrassed to be a Pars fan. I'm sure whoever plays for us tomorrow night will give it everything. Imagine Taylor/Jake being told their first start for the Pars will be live on TV at the national stadium. They'll be absolutely flying! COYP ⚽️❤️👍

It's unreal how far apart some folks views on the same game can be. Ayr (h) & Thistle (a) are 2 games I left feeling really really angry at how utterly garbage we can be on any given day., however Tuesday definitely wasn't one of those games. We let ourselves down at the 2 set pieces but still had really good passages of play, albeit without taking the few chances we created. Added in to that mix, the various changes in set-up due to the inevitable injuries, it's hardly surprising our organisation let us down.

While we're on the subject. Can we also please refrain from calling our own players c*nts and telling our own fans to "get in the sea"

Have to say it takes a brave person to stand up to anyone these days. Too many young folk with cameras ready to film it then before you know it it's you that's up in court and banned. It's not the 80s anymore sadly Tarring everyone in that stand with the same brush just because they don't wade in and do a bit "self-policing" is just silly.

It's not "embarrassing" it'll only be that if the owners don't back the manager and allow him to fix it.
