Great. The individual performance of the season was him destroying Morton at EEP. I went Firhill next week expecting the same. Talk about opposite ends of the spectrum.
I quite like what we're trying to be and it doesn't sound like the club are settling for being gallant lovers at all, more like trying in a small way to influence behaviour at the club and the surrounding society as a whole.
That's a very encouraging read. There's been a few stories doing the rounds up town regarding the relationship between manager and owners. You'd think if there was an issue McPake just wouldn't do an interview like this so he must be fairly happy with how things are.
If he's happy then that's all that matters
Meanwhile, along the A92, the Raith Rovers the BOD are funding 7 buses to Tannadice a week on Saturday. Now there's a set of accounts that'll make interesting reading.
I remember last summer we were told that the goal was to get back to winning games of football. Sounded bleedin obvious at the time but they were true to their word. The goal wasn't to do anything other than that and it was achieved.
I didn't mean you, sorry. I meant people asking for the manager to be sacked when we lose a game.
I just don't see loads wrong in the games I've attended, except those 2 I mentioned.
Thing is they have showed they're up to this standard in quite a lot of games so far this season.
I can think of Ayr at home and Thistle away were we've been poor. We've competed pretty well in just about every other game.
Decent points tally would back this up.
We were pish tonight. I'm over it already. Said it elsewhere but folk need to take a step back when we lose a game. Embarrassing stuff at times.
