There won't be a 'pile on', and don't be a cheeky hoor.

Let me clarify: the way this season has gone it could be interpreted by anyone with an interest in Dunfermline that things aren't maybe being managed effectively. I'm hearing some influential people aren't too happy with how things are just now. Let's see what the shareholders meeting brings.

It was a poor attempt at humour referring to a post on .nut

No need for the name calling to be fair, thought this forum was better than that.

It was a genuine question from someone most definitely not "in the know"

Apparently McPake wants to bring Cardle in on a deal until the end of the season.

This is the only reference to our manager showing interest in Joe.

    Hardly Reuters.

Can’t keep relying on other results. Time for us to do the business and pull ourselves away from the relegation play off

I'll settle for this being our **** form spell. We'll start to pull away in February......

Where did I say I was embarrassed to be a pars fan? Can you actually read?

There’s been no rain or frost so no idea how it can be off but oh well, club costing itself money

Oh I dunno.....that bit where you said it was "embarrassing stuff"

Lighten up min. As the flappy wee penguin once said "no-ones died"

  5. I'd feel a lot more relaxed if there was any indication that our injury worries were improving. It appears they're getting worse. That's why folk are venting online etc.

I admit I'd be far more worried if we turned in a performance like Friday night with a full squad, this squad when fit has competed really well in the vast majority of our games.

You could but it could easily be argued against. That is only one part of it, and again, that's a very literal interpretation of what I said.

I know, I was just being a dick. Apologies.

It's just a really frustrating period for the club just now. 21/22 was grim and there was so much re-built during 22/23 - we really did look like a club again. It feels a million miles away just now.

With an injury list like ours I’m struggling to see where the next win is coming from. Looks like our fortunes might turn around if signings get made. 0 wins in last 5 games too. Overall a bleak picture and games in hand mean nothing it’s points on the board which count

I get that but do you honestly think there's absolutely no chance our form might improve even slightly between now and May?

Even as soon as next week, do we have zero chance against Airdrie at home? None?

Can’t keep relying on other results going our way. Top 4 is unrealistic now, mental we could’ve been a few points clear if we held on at ayr and now we are 4 points off it now.

I know its been a pretty grim week but how can top 4 possibly be unrealistic? You said yourself we're only 4 behind Airdrie with a game in hand and we play them next week. January. 17 games left. You only have to look at Morton to see how a teams fortunes can be transformed in a couple of months.

We'd be as well jacking it in with an attitude like that
