It's unreal how far apart some folks views on the same game can be. Ayr (h) & Thistle (a) are 2 games I left feeling really really angry at how utterly garbage we can be on any given day., however Tuesday definitely wasn't one of those games.
We let ourselves down at the 2 set pieces but still had really good passages of play, albeit without taking the few chances we created. Added in to that mix, the various changes in set-up due to the inevitable injuries, it's hardly surprising our organisation let us down.

On a side note can we cut down on the bitching and name calling etc, last thing we need is this place getting like .nut
While we're on the subject. Can we also please refrain from calling our own players c*nts and telling our own fans to "get in the sea"

Have to say it takes a brave person to stand up to anyone these days. Too many young folk with cameras ready to film it then before you know it it's you that's up in court and banned. It's not the 80s anymore sadly
Tarring everyone in that stand with the same brush just because they don't wade in and do a bit "self-policing" is just silly.

It's not "embarrassing" it'll only be that if the owners don't back the manager and allow him to fix it.

What have the Germans ever done for us?

I'm pinning all my hopes on Jimmy Greaves famous catchphrase.
All signs point to a Raith win but sometimes crazy **** happens.

He’s just played 30 mins and now apparently injured again, tell me how that’s not rushed back?
That doesn't make any sense at all.

Quite clear now the players are rushed back from injuries. Not sure how anyone can argue otherwise . Signings are an absolute must now but doubt it’ll happen
Tell me how Bene has been rushed back this time? Breen played 90 minutes last week with no issues

To be fair to O'Boyle he was offered next to nothing by us and told no-one else would sign him due to his injuries.
St Johnstone offered him a contract and I'm sure we refused to match it. So he left and we then got very little for him at a transfer tribunal.
I'm sure he didn't want to leave but couldn't afford to live on the wage offered. That's what i've been told by a former club official.
It was also.on one of the podcasts. I'm sure he said Mr D'Mello tabled the offer and when he knocked it back he was told no-one else would want him.

Hopefully Otoo and Todd are just ill. Surely not more injuries?
-
Have to say I'm fearing the worst and I'm not usually like that. We just can't catch a break injury wise.

7 behind with 2 in hand. Do-able but we need a win tomorrow

Great. The individual performance of the season was him destroying Morton at EEP. I went Firhill next week expecting the same. Talk about opposite ends of the spectrum.

Where the hell is Ben Summers?

Too nice IMO, install a trebuchet between the main stand and the Norrie and fire any diving Pars players directly into the sun.
It's the Living True Sportsmanship way.
Sounds like a Suella Braverman idea.....

Aye you had McCann on TV a few weeks ago exaggerating contact to try and get a Morton player sent off, how should we deal with that?
Instant dismissal obviously.....

I quite like what we're trying to be and it doesn't sound like the club are settling for being gallant lovers at all, more like trying in a small way to influence behaviour at the club and the surrounding society as a whole.

That's a very encouraging read. There's been a few stories doing the rounds up town regarding the relationship between manager and owners. You'd think if there was an issue McPake just wouldn't do an interview like this so he must be fairly happy with how things are.
If he's happy then that's all that matters

Aye, there's little secret to that though, just the owners pumping in allot of money.
Due to being bitter and twisted I hope it goes pear shaped.
Update......make that 12 buses....

A draw wouldn't be a disaster. This will be a tough game but it has to be considered as a winnable game. 3 points would be tremendous.

Aye, I never have and never will be ashamed or embarrassed to be a Pars fan.
I'm sure whoever plays for us tomorrow night will give it everything.
Imagine Taylor/Jake being told their first start for the Pars will be live on TV at the national stadium. They'll be absolutely flying!
