Can't say I'd be upset if he left tbh, I don't mind pragmatic football if it's getting you results, I enjoy a good defensive performance (Really enjoyed our win away at Cappielow with regards to this) but for the most part the football we play is so, so dull.

On one hand you could say he's been unfortunate with injuries, on the other you can say that they've maybe stopped allot of criticism coming his way, we've had a full squad for the last few games and it's been dreadful.

The football wasn't a great watch last season but we got the results and won the league. This season you could say we have only played well twice at home.

The board will come out and say he met his target of avoiding relegation and was plagued with injuries.

The reality is he won't be going and we will still have the the rubbish players who have been tied down on long contracts.

Sam Fisher and Andy Tod back and Breen not far away. Another 90 mins for Todd and KRH
I’m hopeful that we have more than enough to see us safe. Just need to stick the ball in the net more often !!

Think the management team are going to have to build the confidence back into KRH. He would rather pass the ball against Raith thank take a man on. I think he is worried about getting another injury which is understandable.

At best, I'd say we capable of taking a point, which would be decent through there. I'm gonna predict we'll get beaten again, as they'll need the win more than us and I reckon we'll be cautious in our approach. I can't see them collapsing again, like the Arbroath game. 2-0 Raith.

We need the win just as much as them. Relegation would be a financial disaster for us.

It can’t be called in, it has a 5 year period on it after which it is written off if it hasn’t been converted to shares.

On the why reason, I’m not quite sure, to me GmbH have kinda lingered on without ever taking on the majority shareholding for some reason,  they were apparently going to take a majority shareholding straight away in 2020, then due to Covid this became 30% due to be increased within 2 years, then due to McArthur leaving they didn’t take that option up and we’ve ended up with this agreement where they have a further 5 years to take it up.

The worry for me is they don't take up the majority shareholding and don't invest much more into the club. Pars united wouldn't have the  money to run EEP and the training facility in Rosyth.

What are your expectations of a CEO?

I know he is involved in transfers and they have been a bit of a disaster. I look at players who went to Raith and Patrick in the summer and think how did we not get them in.

We've got a CEO who is hands on and is here.

Your point seemed to be that Rovers had someone in regular touch with Ashcroft, making him feel wanted at the club, whereas we didn't. That wasn't the case.

Is Cook hands on? What has he done exactly?

We'll hopefully get a chance at the next supporters meeting. We can ask them about the rumoured debt levels. Apparent failure in the transfer market. Why are key personnel leaving the club, is it just coincidental? Has the horrendous run of injuries just been purely down to bad luck?, what revenue initiatives/streams have been brought about to improve income for the club? etc

I would also like to know where the money from the sell on fee from Nisbet and selling the stadium naming rights was actually spent. I think we deserve to know.

  8. For me they can get this living true sportsmanship in the bin and stop using the club as an experiment. We have gone backwards and could end up with a second relegation since they have arrived. We need a big change at boardroom level if we are going to progress.

I'll be there on Friday on our minibus and I can see us taking a bus to ICT on the Tuesday night, I wouldn't hedge a bet on many of the Board members being at either game.

They would turn up if they had a chance of getting a photo in the pars blazer. I think this is just a hobby for the Germans and the other board members just like having a seat in the boardroom without doing very much.

Tbh he came over to help Hughes and that made no difference and appointed Cook to oversee the club and report back…no difference so 🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷

Think he has done bugger all in his role as sporting director.

This is a football decision. He’s getting his current contract paid no matter where he goes so it’s not about money. We’ve agreed a deal with Dundee same as the Rovers, so it’s his choice where he goes. Possible medal for a title or a relegation battle? Tough choice when you’re out of contract at the end of the season. As much as it’s pains me to say it, currently, we’re not as attractive an option as the Rovers. It’s as simple as that.

They are also being run better than us. They managed to sign Murray's targets in the summer and it's paying off for them. Potter and Barrowman seem to be a lot better than Cook and Meggle at getting players in.

It's yet another player that we've targeted though that we've failed to close out the deal. We seem utterly awful at closing out deals.

We're not getting an experienced defender are we?

Meggle and Cook can't seem to get deals over the line. This Meggle has been all talk.

Can't say the board didn't back McPake, they agreed the terms with Dundee, he just simply didn't want to join us.

Think some pars fans thought this was a done deal and would be announced today. I can't blame him for picking them.

Meggle??? Honestly he has his shipping empire with the fellow directors…. Plus let’s remember everything goes through Mr Cook and I see that’s where the problem lies…🤷🤷🤷

I think Meggle has a construction company.
