Speedy recovery to mehmet. On terms of the game, been story of our season. Give away soft as **** goals. Big changes needed in the summer

"Poor"?
I wouldn't say it was poor. A wee bit disappointing maybe but still a decent chance of 5th.
Yeah poor end. Shat it in nearly every big game this season

I've never been that impressed with him, but he's shown something recently, with the goal at Arbroath and the cross for Bene's goal yesterday. I'd hang onto him a bit longer and see how he does this year.
I also wouldn't be sad to see Jak stay, although we still need a goalscorer. He's got a lot of creativity in him I think.
Unfortunately we’ve got enough signed up who aren’t good enough. If we can’t move them on we’ll just be in same position fighting relegation next season I fear

^ Agree. To push on to the next level we need to try get better and not sure Allan has been that great tbh, just a steady player nothing more

Not disagreeing with you, but I have a sneaky feeling that McPake is probably only doing his masters’ bidding. For me the question is, how long will McPake be prepared to hang around if better offers come his way.
Can’t see anyone coming in for him with his playing style. Absolutely brutal and doesn’t even get much success from it

We''l probably play that 3 at the back as our cautious manager will play for a point. The width coming from Edwards and KRH from deep.
Much better playing 4-2-3-1 with width coming from KRH and Jakubiak much higher up the pitch. Results have been better when we have played the back four, so it's a head scratcher why McPake keeps going back to that dull back three. We don't score as many goals and it's boring to watch.
Next season we need to have a go. This over cautious football is absolutely garbage and doesn’t even help us as we don’t win much when playing this way

I’d be giving Sutherland minutes ahead of Holmes. Holmes has done nothing and I’d rather we develop or own player.
The minutes Holmes is getting leads me to believe we want to sign him in the summer. Why else?
Hopefully not we’ve already got enough strikers that can’t score goals regularly
-
I’d give Sutherland more game time. Holmes hasn’t done anything and we’ve persisted with McCann for a few seasons now and not much return. So give the lad some games before end of the season
-
And when was the last time we were contenders in this league? Plodding away in this division really isn’t good enough for us

Lets just remember, year 1 was our best achievement, a position we had achieved 3 years earlier. We are now entering year 5. Time to stop the Jam tomorrow mindset/message.
Exactly this. ‘10 year plan’ what a load of ****! We’ve had investment yet the product on the pitch has went back the way ever since. Rovers get investment and turn into title contenders
-
Ultimately Mcpake is responsible for poor transfer windows. Yes they aim high for targets but think they need a dose of reality too. Jakuibak was released from Dundee in may yet we didn’t sign him until 10th September or something like that. Recruitment needs to be spot on in summer or we’re in trouble
-
Imagine how good he could be if he could cross a ball too? Well deserved and he’ll get his move in the summer

We have the set up off the pitch
We have a a fanbase other clubs would kill for.
We're being short changed on the park.
Been like that for a few years now.
Still ****ed off this morning.
Agree with this. The product on the park is poor and we get told that is now a successful season. Absolute bollocks. Maybe if we’d had a better squad at the season instead of another poor transfer window we’d have been in a better position. Don’t hold much hope going into the summer window that we will get it right

Tactically Mcpake is very stubborn. 5 at the back at home is pathetic tactics and 1 up front is just boring to watch. Home record is also very poor and football is generally poor to watch. Maybe he’s been our best manager in a while but the others we’ve had have been absolutely awful too
-
Keep saying it but this squad badly needs major work in the summer or it’ll be another season of trying to avoid relegation. This back 5 has never worked so why Mcpake keeps persisting with it is beyond me. Absolute garbage when we play it and our best performances of the season have come when we play a flat back 4, rely on Edwards far too much to get us forward and he’ll 100% be away in the summer. Too many players on another year left who’ll be happy sitting on the bench collecting a wage. ****e

Get safe today and let the planning for next season commence! We will need to be ruthless if we want to get a chance of promotion next season

Let’s make sure we are safe then start planning for next season. Clear to see when we miss some players it affects us hugely and the replacements in the squad arent championship quality. It’s hard as some guys are on 2 year deals etc but if we want to reach the next level then some are really needing moved on

Was a good game to watch. But our issues were there to see and really got to hope the board and manager can give us a huge transfer window in the summer
