  1. I'm basing this only on the first two league games but when one wide striker attacks on their flank, the other needs to come in centrally more often.
  2. Sadly I have a feeling we'll be turned over here. It's not true but feels like we haven't beaten them since 96. Maybe once in that time in JCs first season? (At home)
  3. Far better to the point we've found ourselves in League One due to two utter failure management appointments?
  4. So you'd imagine that there are a large number of smaller clubs voting to bin replays. Possibly due to small squad sizes and cost of floodlights in winter months, travel etc?
  5. Glad you enjoyed it, hopefully we improve and you continue to enjoy our content. Also, more than willing to give up the name rights for 5 or 6 figure sum!
  6. I get that even if I have a different perspective. I don't think it'll go any further than that, we're hardly going to be Red Bull Pars anytime soon* *we don't have wing(ers) anyway
  7. In all honesty I don't know but for the Rheinenergie I think it had a previous name. I'd mention the Bay Arena and Bayer Leverkusen but thats been the case for decades.
  8. Can't say I've met anyone that has a problem with the Rheinenergie Stadium named as such over here. Also the Lanxess Arena for the Ice Hockey.
  9. We should sell players names and call them by sponsors. In goals number one, The Watering Hole.
  10. We've hardly sold our history and infact we don't even own our ground anyway. I just don't see the downside. What exactly are we losing here? I'm not being cheeky, just trying to understand why the strong negative reaction?
  11. I feel like you're overreacting a bit here.
  12. Free money for the club. Brilliant work.
  13. The best spell of his career was when Craw played him as a striker. I'd have him back centrally in an instant.
  14. Sounds good, but would a monthly post on the forum board be allowed also?
  15. Great to see Todorov enjoying himself and taking time with the young fans.
  16. Kelty fans saying they've already seen a shift in the style of play by going long. Brings up horrific memories of us at Brechin on a freezing evening where we shelled long balls to Barrowman and nobody supporting him within the Angus area.
  17. I recently launched my new podcast "East End Tales" which looks back every month at an historic match or sequence of matches in our history. In the first episode, I spoke with Scott Nipper Thomson about the 2001 Scottish Cup 3rd round replay between ourselves and St Johnstone and touched on topics such as the birth of JC's 2-4-4 formation, the incredible evening itself and Nipper's thoughts on the current season ahead.
