vs Queen of the South (H)

The first of our final four home matches comes this Saturday against opponents who, when they previously visited EEP, gave us a right good doing. Stephen Dobbie has been below-par for the last few games after suffering an injury against Dundee United, although that didn't stop the Doonhamers scoring three against Livingston last Saturday. Our defensive record has certainly improved since they last visited, so it's unlikely to be a high scoring match like last time. Fully expecting another drab 0-0. Just as long as the temperature is a bit higher than it was against Morton.

Likely it will be the same team as has been selected on the last 4 occasions, barring any injuries.

if there are any intentions of making the play-offs then we need to be getting positive results.

Would it be fair to say that picking up a point is still a positive result, considering QotS are almost on par with us in the league?  It means they don't get any closer to catching us.

Of course, we would hope that United can do us a wee favour in Greenock

Must win for play off chances. I genuinely think we'll stuff them 3 or 4 nil this time. No rationale to it, just a feeling.

Sounds stupidly obvious but it's lack of goals that is our biggest concern.

The rest of the team is improving and to be fair Clark has 4 in 2 games but we need others to pitch in, especially McManus.

I'm optimistic that we'll get through this with a win.
