Vinnie Posted February 14, 2016 Report Share Posted February 14, 2016 I see the Scotsman is reporting that John Leslie is to be cleared of sexual assualt for a second time. Why is it that John Leslie is having his name dragged through the mud, but an accuser making false allegations can keep their anonymity? His career has already taken a downturn on the back of allegations, and now its likely to take a hit again. Got to be a massive injustice there? Superally Posted February 14, 2016 Report Share Posted February 14, 2016 I do think there need to be a review of the law regarding sexual related crimes where anonymity remains until there is sufficient evidence leading to the point of the individual being charged with prosecution likely.
