  1. Bit of expectation management going on by the looks of it. Any news on Hamilton’s injury - if it is a fracture we surely need another central defender and another central mid. We sumply can’t rely on Bene, Breen and Fisher being available for the rest of the season. And we really need additional firepower up front if McCann is out for weeks.
  2. Cant see anything than a comfortable home win , 3-0 Ayr.
  3. Perform like this in next two games and we will be gubbed .
  4. Three difficult fixrtures coming up.
  5. Had booked train tickets a week ago but seriously wondering not to make the trip having watched on Friday. What a difference from the second half against Dundee Utd when I was happy with the performance and thought we were worthy of a draw. I wasn’t even angry with Friday’s performance , just dismayed.
  6. It was obvious last season we needed a goalscorer and absolutely nothing has been done to remedy that. And we created nothing last night apart from one shot from Moffatt. Very concerned.
  7. Very annoying that we faied to sign players like Easton or Jack Hamilton and have signed utter dross like Jakubuiak. Train booked for trip up on Tuesday but if this is the dross that we are going to serve up then I might just write it off.
  8. Thought we played well in parts , too much of first half played in our defensive third, second half better. But we are missing Bene in defence to allow Hamton into midfield. I thought taking Moffat off immediately after he scored was absolutely ridiculous from McPake a poor poor decision and shows his inflexibility as it was a planned substitution - he should have stepped back from going ahead. Ref was crap but overall I thought we did enough to merit s draw.
  9. Thought Fisher played really well - that was a clear foul against him when he went down injured. Pleased with the win but pretty annoyed by the mindset that at 2-0 we didn tkill the game. The fans were booing Morton from early on and they were rocked but at 2-0 up we stopped committing men forward and played with one up. That is just inviting trouble, and second half we sat deeper and deeper. We were in more danger of beating ourselves than any threat Morton showed.
  10. Having watched the highlights of last few Ayr games we will need to keep Chalmers ( of Ayr) quiet.
  11. Is our trainig regime to blame for all our injuries, we seem to pick up many more off the pitch rather than in match play.
  12. I think I saw that it was moved because its the Ayr Gold Cup ( horse racing) meet today and it was moved on grounds of logistics of making it easier for Ayr fans getting to Glasgow with so much traffic on the roads on the Saturday .
  13. Would love to see a video clip from behind the goal - wonder if they have one in the goal? How far out was that 30-33m?
  14. Can't se us taking anything from this game, we will continue to struggle to score . 3-1 QP.
  15. Do we even have enough players on our books to field a side?
  16. SP whatever way you cut it there doesnt look many goals in those line ups. I would be hugely concerned that our defence would become more porous and our lack of threat at the other end would really start to tell.
  17. That would be a huge blow as he holds the defence together through his leadership
  18. Anyone else think ICT's goal that was disallowed for offside should have stood. If you watch carefully it's actually Hamilton that got his foot to the ball and played it towards our goal and into the path of an Inverness forward.
  19. Jeez , just seen the goal on Twitter - awful.
  20. How are we lined up 352 442 460 or what ? Sounds like goal was against run of play?
  21. Livipar, I would call it inexcusable. So assume Wighton is injured as not in squad. I am pretty ****ed off as its utterly predictable.
