Brora have met the spfl criteria for membership at a meeting yesterday, and Kelty I expect would have done the same. The Brechin city chairmen stepped down from the spfl board 2 weeke ago and has now written a letter firstly asking for reconstruction, which will be an initial 14 team league with colt teams and kelty/brora promoted with next year increasing to 16 from the winners of the highland and lowland league. So no relegation for two years I assume. I doubt the vote will pass. They will also go down the arbitration route with the SPFL saying its unfair.
