Unfortunately the injuies will hamper results just now and obviously the injured lads too. Unless we can get some short term loans in, then it'll be a tough start to 2024 for a fèw month's. Hopefully the young lads can do something to give us hope. We not at panic stations yet, but need to get some points on the board. Airdrie will go for the jugular, knowing that we are weakened. I didn't think Fenton and Sutherland looked overwhelmed to be flung in. The enthusiasm and will to impress may carry them through. Can't surely hinder them, unless fickle fans get on their backs. On a side note. Just watched Arsenal v Liverpool illegally on the BBC. Arsenal have lost their last 3 games, with 61 shots on target and 1 goal to show for their efforts. Think our strikers are having a hard time? 😆

For obvious reasons I'm wanting Rovers and Utd to win today. There's still time for it to change, but table is tight as. I wouldn't think training would have anything to do with injuries, as has been mentioned above. Although I'd rather when Saturday comes, I'd prefer we play young guys like Sutherland from the start, rather than injury carrying players.

McPake just on saying they have to do better. Wighton and Summers playing with injuries. Admitted the club needs help re injuries and getting players in . Board need to step in, if playing staff crisis doesn't clear up .

Exactly. They'll need to pick holes in their story. If they street-wise, they will "no comment", but if the parents are there with the under 16s, they'll blame each other. Definitely getting banned and if they any sense, I reckon they won't head anywhere near East End.

The best thing that could happen now is the culprits need to be identified and banned from EEP. If they under 18, then they won't be named in the press for legal reasons. They won't be fined, or giving a community payback order. I would imagine that a few of them will have to be interviewed with their parent present. The only punishment they'll get is if a parent decides to give them a skelp in the pus I'm afraid. (here's hoping)
