Bit early for the knicker wetters to be out in force considering we still have a full month to use the loan market, although not sure how many more we have left. To play devil's advocate for a moment, last season we brought in quite a few players last year in the January window and other than the Polish keeper most of it was utter ****. Lawless, Polworth, Ambrose, last season's Chalmers (He has considerably improved this season to be fair).

I might be talking ****e here but I seem to remember that there was a rule that if a player was registered to a club between transfer windows then they can only be registered with a new club during a transfer window. For example when we punted Paul Watson he couldn't sign for Falkirk until the next window.

What are the rules on players who have been released by their club within the past couple of days? Do they have to be signed today? I believe that there is money there because we didn't bring all the players we wanted last window.

If it is postponed again it should be switched to a venue that is capable of holding it. I seem to remember Glebe Park, Brechin was in a horrendous state a few seasons back and they had to switch games to Forfar(iirc). Don't see why Dundee shouldn't get the same treatment.
