  1. Josh Edwards passing and crossing has been absolutely stinking. At least when we're a bottom half league one side he'll be at his level. We'll have to go a bit further till Chalmers looks good though.
  2. Ayr winning by three, bet they're absolutely gutted they lost Chalmers eh?
  3. Wonder if there's a relegation release clause on Yogis contract.
  4. This is an absolutely stinking watch, Ayr go two up against Raith. We haven't threatened in the slightest since the early chance, I have absolutely no idea what Chalmers is meant to be doing but he's like a man down, Dorrans hasn't keen involved at all in that number ten role. We only look like we're going to achieve something if we go down Arbroaths right. As I type that we hit the post, absolutely sick of watching us.
  5. Wild how out of all the teams that have appointed managers this season, we appointed the worst two.
  6. There goal was a shambles defensively, Ambrose out of position and Edwards doesn't react, we've got right footed Donaldson playing at LCB, good job we got rid of Gaspuitis to chase Ambrose, brilliant. Joe Chalmers has been an absolute ghost in the middle of the park.
  7. Maybe don't play McCann if he has a back injury?
  8. Still not massively convinced on Yogi, 3 wins in 11 games is still pretty desperate and his decision to leave Gaspuitis and is one I still can't get my head around. Likewise playing Lawless through the middle, very odd. The last 5 games have certainly been better than the first 6, but I'm not sure I see us overturning the deficit to get 8th,and truthfully I'm worried if Gibson improves QoTS we'll go down automatically. IMO Dom needs to come in, I liked Dorrans in the 10 role against QoTS, having him, Dom and Lawless supporting McCann might make us look less toothless. People will be scratching there head at that Grant appointment for years. The table has flipped with regards to form, which doesn't help, Morton IMO will pull awya to safety, the job Imrie has done there is just absolutely bizarre, meanwhile Bullen seems to have gotten a tune out his players recently, we've gained 2 points on Hamilton in the last 5 games, if we were to win our game in hand and carry on that record over the last 10 games we'd be level on points...
  9. By all accounts Yogi wasn't interested in playing him.
  10. Will any points raised be made public?
  11. Said on here at the time it was a mistake, you had posters banging on about him being homesick and that's why Yogi wasn't playing him but it seems a mistake tbh. Vytas or Efe? I'd take Vytas cheers.
  12. She's the CEO I beleive Raymie. Yesterday it appears that due to Tag games pulling out there sponsorship, that one of the directors who voted for Goodwillie had his buisness as the shirt sponsorship. Got sympathy for the decent Raith fans, they're run by absolute screamers.
  13. Aye, I heard it commonly throughout school, if you done something adjudged to be tinky or dirty you'd be referred to as a "black b@stard" it wasn't done with racial connotations, however... When I went through school the population wasn't exactly diverse, I was one of the darkest in the school, with that in mind there wasn't really scope for anyone to take the insult as one of being a racial term, having moved around a bit though it does seem to be an insult mainly from Fife and Ayrshire, I've seen a suggestion that this is due to links to the minining industry in years gone by. Language is constantly evolving, terms and words which were acceptable previously get pointed out for no longer being fit to be used in today's society, and that insult is absolutely one of them, it should be left behind.
  14. Easy to say when I didn't see the game, but a draw is an absolutely fine result.. That own goal is wild, Martin does that header another 99 times and it doesn't go in, bad luck.
  15. I thought Murdoch went the most minutes without conceding during out league one season? And Efe is joining.
  16. He was pretty stinking, however he started off quite well. I don't think he reacted well at all to making mistakes, to the team then being bad, a lack of experience and playing in a hostile environment meant it was all very new. It'll undoubtedly have been a big learning curve for him and all credit to him for improving from it. He had the basic tools to do well, good physical attributes with a nice turn of pace, and at the start he actually seemed very confident bringing the ball forward, by the time he was dropped though it was so clear his confidence was absolutely shot. It seems he's been playing in a back 3/5 at United so I'm not sure that can be blamed for all his woes. McKenna of Nottingham Forrest had a stinking loan spell for Ayr United, and he turned out alright!
  17. Aye Sean Murdoch was good, holds the record for most consecutive clean sheets aswell? Really liked him. He's doing well at the refereeing.
  18. It's absolutely despicable by the board, and the manager to put decent Rovers fans through that, and I'm not taking the ****, I genuinely feel sorry for the good Rovers fans (of which the majority are) who will now face the dilemma of supporting the club they'll have loved all there life, but in turn funding a rapist. ****. That. It trivialises even more the decisions that RM made that ended with him getting such vile abuse, man appointed the wrong manager and had his personal property damaged. You could bet your last pound though that under Rm's stewardship that Dunfermline would never have made such a decision, we were never in trouble of Dunfermline become so morally bankrupt. There has been some right horrible characters involved with Scottish football over the years, and it's always the fans that will inevitably suffer, feel awful for the poor girl who once again will have to see that man's name plastered all over the news again, on the back of the Greenwood news the actions of a few really show football in a poor light.
  19. Is Mehmet not in a two year deal? Bloody Grant.
  20. Be difficult fitting that into a song. Callum Morrison rumoured, would be a good signing!
  21. Or similar, they're both centre mids but they'd be at there best performing different roles.
  22. Not sure about them being the same type player. Gutted it hasn't worked out for Wilson, our best centre mid last season and a bit of a rarity at this level with his ball progression from centre mid, injuries have curtailed his time here though, hope he gets over whatever he had.
  23. Same with all clubs I reckon, when I lived down south I had a real affinity for Brentford and frequent there forum, its the exact same.
