Paradox
Although Faiss has been grabbing the headlines with his goals, there seems to be a significant in all of the players who were retained during the close season cull.Who would you say, so far, is our most improved player, albeit at a very early stage of the season? Superally
It would be impossible not to count Fass. Last season he was a bit player, now he is a natural first down on the team sheet. While I want him to do well he is getting a lot of attention atm and i'm worried he might be picked off in the January window
Paradox
This window is still open, more importantly. ?
Superally
True couldn't imagine saying this last season but even with Wallace scoring in a supersubs role we would miss him. Credit to the guy he has been transformed. I love the way he works and tracks back and doesn't just poach his goals.
Parzionale
At the Hibs game, a scout from an unknown club was sitting right in front of me and was marking down notes under number 10 a lot. This was either Scot Allan or Faz. I'm hoping it was a sevco scout looking at Scot Allan.
Digs
To be fair, he could just as easily have been a scout for one of our opposition this season, sent to watch us. Steak Bridie from .net does that for Berwick Rangers, as well as being their U20 Assistant Manager.
BudgetPrintPar
I think Geggan is looking back to his best..Think he is under rated..does what he is meant to do very well
ParInExile
Agree with BPP...Geggan is back to putting in performances that we all knew he was capable of. Good to see and long may it continue. He's the sitting midfielder so is never going to get all the "glory moments" that those playing further forward will. D.A.F.C
Reckon Wallace has worked the hardest over the pre season. He looked totally unfit the last time he played. Great to see him back.
Neymar
Shaun Byrne has been much improved this season. He's improved the physical side to his game and is playing with much more confidence.
SoorPloomPar
I can't really comment on who has improved most as I don't get to enough games. However, going by supporters comments, perhaps it's more a case of AJ's methods bringing out the best in the players.
Parsdaft
I think Ryan Williamson is settling in very nicely with Paton playing in front of him. This looks like the early stages of a strong RHS to me.
the saline hill puma
Byrne has been most improved so far for me. IMO Geggan is still not near his best form from a couple of seasons ago.
Digs
I don't think you can count Geggan. He's not improved, he's just regained the form we knew he could already produce. I've not seen him yet, but it sounds to me like Faissal is night and day from last year. Going by the opinions of people I would trust, the things I thought he was lacking in he has definitely improved on, like his game intelligence, movement and his partnership with his strike partner (knowing when to go and when to sit etc). So for those reasons , it has to be him for me.
