There is a big push to protect Calais woods and its wild life atm. Good opportunity to spot some deer and red squirrels. Hope you all have a good time

Just to say we had an excellent time this morning, a wee shout out to say with it being mental health awareness week next week, we will be leaving from East End Park, returning for teas and coffees. The theme is loneliness so I'm hoping for a big turnout

Steven Mill posted the photo on twitter a wee while ago stating Townhill Loch. I thought I have to use that when we go. We have already booked up for Zante next year, always lovw Kalamaki but giving Tslivi a go this time, and finally get the shipwreck done.

The Dunfermline Athletic FC  The Pars Foundation  walk and talk event takes place tomorrow -  meeting again at the cycle path car park in Baldridgeburn at 10.00am. Walking outside in the fresh air helps improve your mood and mental well-being. Open to all.

Tomorrow we will meet outside EEP 10am for our Dunfermline Athletic FC  The Pars Foundation  walk and talk. We will take in the surrounding area, return for teas and coffees and a stadium tour. Anyone attending the fixture breakfast are welcome to join us.
