Double Jeopardy mate.It was also 13 years ago, do we have a statute of limitations over here?Double Jeopardy doesnt apply to the many other times you mentioned, only the occasion you got caught for, that one trip? Had you admitted serial offences at that time you may have faced a stricter penalty? So, add perjury or perverting the course of justice to the list of criminal activities? Flimsy at best.Also, how could I be charged with perjury? It didn't go to court. Perjury relates to lying in court under oath.
