Not just a young squad, but a thin one. We need signings in the new year, or I genuinely worry that we'll be in the relegation dogfight. I'd say no, we're not. Injuries are a factor, but we simply don't have a strong enough general group of players to mitigate those injuries.

Not picking on him, I'm a fan of Chalmers and have regularly defended him. But last night wasn't great from him, too many mistakes and a few times when play seemed to pass him by. That said, he did have a few nice passes to get things moving forward. I remember one in particular when he took the ball about 40 yards from our goal, and turned nicely to spread it left to Edwards.

That was horrendous. I didn't even think we were all that good in the first half. Better than Morton, yes, but that's a pretty low bar. And that second half was utter chaos. No idea how we held on there. WTF was Mehmet doing? Although to be fair, he held it well in that late stramash when it really mattered. Can't take too many matches like that!

Chalmers not having his best game tonight, very hesitant there and he's had a few other errors. Really wish we could push Otoo in there.
