SanguinePar Posted July 15, 2023 Report Share Posted July 15, 2023 In all honesty, that's a pleasing result, but I didn't think we played all that well, and Rovers definitely edged it, if not more than that. Thought there were far too many sloppy passes and slow reactions from our team, especially midfield, and especially Otoo (who I generally like, but I thought he had a poor game today). Glad to come away with the bonus point, and hopefully we can do the business on Tuesday night with a professional performance and a good win. Secure Par Posted July 15, 2023 Report Share Posted July 15, 2023 A good result winning on pens. performance was ok. We are decent defensively but need to compete in mid/up top. McCann is never a wide player.. granted he scored a good goal. Wighton can do a lot more off the ball. O’Halleron and I will say this is a lazy player that does not work hard enough… If we had the same team and could add Vaughan, the Raith boy in mid and the one that plays up top then we would have some team.
